We Will understand what is Risk management and Money Management. Risk Management can be categorized into different  types. Position Sizing or Trade sizing  is  a Critical aspect of Risk Management. Stop Losses are very Important to reduce Market Risk . They are also used to Limit a trader’s  loss.
